How are you doing with your new year's resolution, if you made one ? Most people make one, and fall of the resolution wagon by mid January. The most common resolutions are to go on a diet, to exercise more, to stop smoking, to give up doing heroin and cocaine at the same  time.  Okay, I was just making sure you were paying attention with that last one there, although if met with success you must admit it would be a most noble resolution indeed.  Here is a refresher course on new year's resolutions just in case you need to properly identify the practice in an attempt to better succeed no matter your desired goal.  Best of luck.
